I need a photo editor that has a makeup tool or whatever just like corel paint shop pro x2 did, but i have run out of trial, is there any for free or that i can get on trial??

I’ve both Photoshop Elements 7 and Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. Which one is better for editing photos?

I have just bought a new fujitsu siemens amilo pro laptop and I am now looking for photo shop, currently interested in Corel paint shop pro X2 Ultimate. However, I’m not sure whether its suitable for my system Intel Celeron 570 so I was wondering whether all photoshops can go on any system? if not, does anyone know one that is suitable of up to £100?
    Thank you!

I have a dell inspiron 6400 laptop and use Vista.

Somehow my photos are appearing in the Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI.

Please, how do I move / copy these photos from Corel to my “pictures” folder so I can view them in the Windows Photo Gallery?
